Coligo Edu ("Coligo," "we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-powered school operating system for K-12 schools. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website at www.coligoedu.com (the "Site") and when you contact us or request a demo.

This policy covers information collected through our marketing website. The handling of student, parent, and staff data within the Coligo platform itself is governed by the separate agreement we enter into with each school. Schools are the data controllers for the personal data they process in the platform; Coligo acts as a data processor on their behalf.

Information we collect

When you use our website or contact us, we may collect:

• Information you give us directly: when you book a demo or contact us, we collect your name, role, school name, email address, phone number, approximate number of students, location, and any message you send us.
• Information collected automatically: when you visit our Site, we and our analytics provider (Google Analytics) collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and how you arrived at and navigate our Site, through cookies and similar technologies (see 'Cookies' below).
• Campaign parameters (such as the ad or source that referred you) when you arrive through a marketing link, which are included with your demo request so we can understand which campaigns are working.

We do not intentionally collect personal information from children through this marketing website. This Site is intended for school administrators, owners, principals, and IT staff.

How we use your information

• Netlify, our website hosting and contact-form provider, which processes and stores the information you submit through our forms on our behalf. Netlify operates infrastructure primarily in the United States and other regions.

• Meta (Facebook), which provides the Meta Pixel — a measurement tool that helps us understand how visitors interact with our Site and whether our marketing leads to demo requests. Meta may use this data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

International data transfers

Because our hosting provider (Netlify) operates primarily in the United States, the information you submit may be stored or processed outside Egypt, including in the United States. We rely on our provider's safeguards for such transfers.
